I'd give him $1.5 million to play WR/Punt Returner in cleveland or I'd pay him $2 million to compete for the QB job in Minnesota. Either way, in the beginning, he'll find himself lining up in the slot at least once.

I've never seen Vick catch a pass in my life. Kick returner or running back is realistic, but I don't understand why we assume he can play wide receiver.
