 Time is wrong

The time is an hour early on the board! example it is now 4:15 but it says 3:15

ok, MrsCuz, if that *is your real name. I changed the system time to be correct now. Apparently, they don't take into account D.S.T. so I changed it from GMT-5 to GMT-4.

Special note to administrators that this will have to be put back come Fall.

no, hasn't taken effect yet. hopefully it will soon. we'll see.
