Dear, 20 would be the total number of votes. A person can select multiple votes.

At least 9 people voted. I'm not sure if there is a way to determine how many people have participated.

I think we should pick the weekend that works for the host, and leave it at that. Like I've said before, if people can't make it, they don't make it.
