We could, but where else can you find an all-inclusive resort that is less than $1,500 per person for an entire week!!! I mean free food, free booze and sunshine/surf/sand......we can't just be ditching that......

All in all, I could live without tequila and mexican food.

and if you plan through Sandals Resorts, their all inclusive packages are pretty good! (so maybe that point you made could be a wash)
